Delivery and Shipping
We deliver all products to destinations within the mainland UK other worldwide destinations can be arranged however postage costs may vary.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch orders by Royal Mail or Hermes on the day after receiving the order. UK orders using our standard delivery will be sent via Royal Mail or Hermes. In the case of a delivery delay by Royal Mail please note that no action can be taken until 14 working days from the dispatch date. Please ensure that the full address, including postcode of the recipient, is entered when ordering. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details. No change can be made to the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
Please be aware that we also use alternative shipping services for some of our products which are sent on our behalf by manufacturing companies at various worldwide locations, we cannot therefore guarantee delivery times on orders placed via 3rd parties, however estimated shipping times are provided in this instance.
The delivery costs for the UK are as follows:
Order value under £45.00 - delivery £3.95 Order value over £45.00 - delivery FREE.
Overseas delivery charges are based on order value and are calculated and advised during the checkout process. Selecting the incorrect delivery option for your destination may cause the cancellation of your order.

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you have completed your order and payment we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filled.
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order a full refund will be given for the amount paid in GB Pounds via same payment method.
Kringles Limited cannot be held liable for any consequences or costs further than that of the full amount paid for the items.
Please note that occasionally products may vary slightly from the image shown online due to manufacturing tolerances. All information provided regarding sizing or description of products is included as a guide only.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our site at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at anytime at our sole discretion.
Refunds and Returns
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item/s
We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered correctly. If any of your items are received are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem. You have 14 days from the date you receive the products to advise us. A refund or a product replacement will be processed as soon as practicably possible once we have been advised of the problem.
